This sticker comes from the ReSSpect Training program (Rethinking the Sexuality Spectrum at Holy Cross), an initiative aimed at "providing a way for people to identify themselves as an openly supportive ally to LGBTQ students, faculty, and staff and to educate themselves about LGBTQ" (taken from an flyer advertising the program). The first campus wide ReSSpect Training opportunity occurred on Tuesday, October 18th 2011, and was put on by ABiGaLe/Allies.
